Who we are
Unlimited Auto Angri is a vehicle workshop and spares supplier at Unit F, Burpark, 2nd Street, Montague Gardens, Cape Town, 7441. You can reach us on 021 555 0025 or info@unlimited-auto.co.za. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect
- Service bookings: your name, phone number, email address, preferred date, vehicle make, model, year and mileage, and the work you need.
- Spares enquiries and contact messages: your name, phone number, email address and the details you type into the form.
- Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.
- Website use: cookies and basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit. See Cookies below.
Why we use it
- To book your vehicle in, quote, and contact you about your booking or enquiry.
- To find and supply the parts you ask for.
- To send you service updates and maintenance tips, only if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the website working, secure and easy to use, and to see which of our adverts bring people to the website.
We only collect what we need for these purposes. We never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with service providers who help us run the website and reply to you, and only as much as they need:
- Our website hosting provider, with servers in South Africa.
- The email service that delivers form messages to our inbox.
- Google, for the maps on our pages and, if you accept marketing cookies, to measure our Google Ads.
Some of these providers may process information outside South Africa. When that happens, we use providers who protect personal information to a standard similar to POPIA.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, or follow a link to Google, Facebook, Instagram or another website, that service handles your information under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry details for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and tax record keeping duties, usually five years. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
How we protect it
The website runs on HTTPS, so information you send is encrypted. Access to form entries is limited to our team and our website support provider. If we ever become aware of a breach that affects your information, we will tell you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use necessary cookies to make the website work and remember your cookie choice. We only use analytics or marketing cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings on the website or in your browser.
Your rights
Under POPIA you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to us using it, and withdraw consent for marketing. Email info@unlimited-auto.co.za and we will reply within a reasonable time.
If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za or complaints.IR@inforegulator.org.za.
